Directions

1. In a small saucepan, add whole milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sugar. Use medium heat until small bubbles begin to form around the edge of the saucepan and sugar has dissolved.

2. Stir in the strong brewed coffee, mint extract, and vanilla. Remove mixture from heat.Serve in a large mug and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
