Ordering Terms

1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a Guest without creating an account. However, registering gives you access to these benefits:

• Faster Checkout – Save your personal information for a quicker checkout experience.
• Order Tracking & History – View your current order status and access your complete order history in one place.
• Profile Management – Update your name, email address, and saved shipping addresses anytime from your account.
• Easy Reordering – Quickly repurchase previous orders with the Buy Again button on your Orders page.
  
  

2. Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately orders cannot be modified once submitted. Please place a new order for any additional items.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Simply contact our Customer Support and we will take care of it. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

4. How do I know my order was placed successfully?

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact our Customer Support.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

6. How can I track my order as a guest?

You can place an order without creating an account by using Guest Checkout. After completing your purchase, guests will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to the order status page.

If a guest loses their confirmation email, cannot access the order status link, or needs to make any changes to their order, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.

Eligibility

Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age and purchasing for personal use only. Promotions are intended for personal use only and are not available for resale or commercial purposes.

 How Promotions Work

• Accessories are excluded from all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional materials.
  
  
• Each promotion is valid only during the dates and times stated in the offer
• Promotions cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or offers.
• Promotional codes must be entered at checkout.
• Promotions cannot be applied to previous order.
• Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.
• Discounts apply to product subtotals before shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

Employees

Unless stated otherwise, employees of Wabilogic and its promotional agencies, their immediate family members, and persons residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with a promotion will be used to administer the offer, verify eligibility, fulfil benefits, and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with Wabilogic's Privacy Notice. Information may be shared with affiliates, service providers, and promotional partners as necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wabilogic is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a promotion, including technical failures, third-party delays, or unauthorised access. By participating, you release Wabilogic, its affiliates, and their respective representatives from any claims arising out of your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
