1 cup of oat milk/coconut milk
1-inch fresh turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced
1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
A dash of freshly grated nutmeg
A pinch of pink sea salt
Manuka honey, to taste
1. Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric and ginger. Allow mixture to simmer.
3. Add nutmeg, honey, and salt. Transfer mixture to high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
