A Tea-ffee Latte is a hybrid drink that combines iced coffee (or espresso) and tea with steamed milk, creating a smooth, flavorful blend of both beverages. Typically, it features espresso or brewed coffee as the base, mixed with a tea infusion, then topped with frothed milk. It's a perfect balance for those who love both coffee and tea but want something creamy and comforting. The tea adds an aromatic layer to the coffee, giving it a unique twist! Also, you can make it hot for cooler days too.
To make a Tea-ffee Latte, brew a shot of espresso and let it cool (placing it in the fridge speeds up the process). Brew your chosen tea, such as chai or Earl Grey, and let it cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge. Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the espresso and tea into the glass. If you're using sweetener, you can add it at this stage. Froth the milk for added texture, or leave it smooth if you prefer. Pour the milk into the glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an extra touch of flavor. Enjoy your refreshing and customizable iced tea-ffee latte! It’s a refreshing and versatile drink, perfect for warmer days!

Wabilogic
1 shot of espresso (chilled)
120ml of brewed tea (chilled) – you can use English breakfast tea, Earl Grey, matcha, or your favorite tea
100ml of milk (or dairy-free milk like oat, almond, soy, etc.)
Ice cubes
Optional: Sweetener (sugar, honey, or a sweetener of choice) or flavored syrups (vanilla, caramel, etc.)
Brew 1 shot of espresso. Let it cool down (you can place it in the fridge for faster cooling).
Brew 120ml of your chosen tea (stronger teas like chai or Earl Grey work well). Again, allow it to cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the espresso and tea into the glass. If you're using sweetener, you can add it at this stage.
Froth the 100ml of milk slightly if you want a bit more texture, or leave it as is for a smoother feel. Then pour it into the glass slowly.
You can garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top for extra flavor.
