To make Sweet Corn Coffee, start by blending sweet corn kernels with milk and a bit of sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Strain the mixture for a silky texture, then brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee. Combine the corn milk with the coffee, either hot or over ice, and stir gently. For an extra touch, top with whipped cream, frothy corn foam, or a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
