Ingredients

• 1–2 scoops of vanilla gelato (or high-quality vanilla ice cream)
• 1 shot (30ml) of freshly brewed espresso
• Optional toppings: chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, biscotti crumbs, or a splash of liqueur (e.g. amaretto or Baileys)

Directions
