Have you ever tried a cup of tea with milk? It tastes great! By blending our favourite recipe for rose tea with oat milk, we crafted a creamy, soothing beverage that you can enjoy after a stressful day or week at work.
It’s quite simple! First, steep the tea bag in boiling water for three to five minutes. You can use either a black tea bag or a rose tea bag. Add the rose petals to the pot after removing it from the stove top and steep the rose petals for around five minutes. Then, pour some maple syrup into a mug. Strain the rose tea into the mug and mix it with the maple syrup. Next, froth the oat milk and add it on top of the rose tea. Finally, you can garnish the beverage with dried rose petals.
Rose petals are not only beautiful but also help to reduce stress and calm the mind. These flower petals provide a light, fragrant, and refreshingly sweet taste. You can try steeping dried rose petals or using a tea bag to make a cup of rose tea.
