1 1/2 cups of almond milk (unsweetened)
4 shots of espresso
6 tsp of heavy cream
4 tsp of vanilla essence
4 tsp of sweetener to taste
Place a saucepan over a low heat
Add 1 cup of almond milk, the espresso, 4 tsp of heavy cream, 2 tsp of vanilla essence and sweetener.
Stir the ingredients and blend with a stick blender.
In a separate saucepan, add the remaining Almond Milk.
Take the hot ingredients from the first saucepan and divide between glasses.
Top with the creamy froth.
