Ingredients
Hot Chocolate Coffee
1 cup of hot coffee
¼ cup of milk
1 tps (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 tips (12g-25g) granulated sugar to taste
1 tablespoon heavy cream)
Fruity Crepes
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cups of whole milk, room temperature
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (plus more for coating pan)
1 cup of fruit you love (we adopt strawberries for this time)
Whipped Cream
Directions
Hot Chocolate Coffee
Combine all ingredients except the optional whipped cream in a mason jar.
Screw on lid and wrap top with the towel (in case your jar leaks)
Give a few very good shakes, until everything is well-mixed and milk is foamy
Pour into a mug and microwave for 30 seconds or until steaming. Top with whipped cream (optional).
Fruity Crepes
Place flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter in a blender and process until smooth.
Let mixture resto for at least 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can make the batter the day before and keep it in fridge overnight/
Place an 8-inch nonstick skillet (or crepe pan) over medium heat. Coat with some butter.
Pour about ¼ cup batter in pan and gently tilt and swirl pan until batter evenly coats the bottom. Sprinkle with some favorite fruit.
Cook for about 1 - 1 ½ minutes until crepe is turning golden on bottom and edges are pulling away from pan. You can either use your fingers or a spatula to pull edges up and when ready, flip.
Cook for another minute before removing crepe from pan to a plate.
Continue with remaining batter, adding a little butter to pan in between each.
Spread each crepe with strawberry whipped cream and fold over. Sprinkle with additional favorite fruit, in desired.
