2 tbsp of cold heavy cream
1 tbsp of honey butter spread
1 tsp of sugar
Cold brew or iced Americano
Ice
Honey (for drizzle, optional)
In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream, honey butter, and sugar until thick and fluffy (soft peaks).
Fill a glass with ice and pour in cold brew or an iced Americano.
Spoon the honey butter cloud foam on top of the coffee.
Drizzle a little honey over the foam if desired. Stir gently before drinking or enjoy it layered.
