Irish Coffee Milkshake Shooter

Give a toast to the father figures in your life with this popular nutty and creamy coffee shooter!

Ingredients

1 cup (236 ml) of heavy whipping cream
2 scoops of coffee ice cream
1/2 cup (118 ml) of Irish cream, cold
1 ounce (28 grams) of dark chocolate, grated
6 chocolate cookie straws for garnish (optional)

Directions

Whip the cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
Add the ice cream and Irish cream to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a shot glass.
Add the whipped cream to a piping bag and pipe the cream on top of the Irish cream mix.
Garnish with chocolate shavings and chocolate cookie straws.
