It is easy, delicious, and healthy! Add a little treat to your fall coffee recipes!

Ingredients

• 2 cups condensed milk

• 3 tbsp pumpkin puree, or more to taste

• 1 tbsp light brown sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving

• 1/2 cup strong coffee

• Whipped cream and marshmallows

Directions

1. In a saucepan, whisk together pumpkin puree, condensed milk, and light brown sugar.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot and steamy. DO NOT BOIL.

3. Remove from heat, whisk in the vanilla extract and the pumpkin-pie spice.

4. Whisk in coffee.

5. Garnish with whipped cream and marshmallows.
