A Honey Lavender Latte is a fragrant, soothing coffee drink that combines the floral essence of lavender with the natural sweetness of honey. This latte features a rich espresso or brewed coffee base, complemented by steamed milk infused with lavender and sweetened with honey. The result is a delicate balance of floral and sweet flavors, creating a calming and luxurious drink. Often topped with a frothy layer of milk and a touch of whipped cream, it’s a perfect beverage for those looking to elevate their coffee experience with a touch of elegance and relaxation.
To make a Honey Lavender Latte, start by brewing your favorite espresso or strong coffee. Use the Melitta Montalatte Milk Frother to heat milk (or a dairy-free alternative like oat milk) and steep the dried lavender buds for 3-4 minutes, then strain them out. Alternatively, you can use lavender syrup for a simpler version. Add honey and a splash of vanilla extract to the milk, stirring until well-combined and sweetened to taste. Froth the milk until it’s creamy and smooth, then pour it over your brewed coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprig of lavender or a sprinkle of dried lavender buds for an aromatic and visually stunning finish.

Wabilogic
1 cup of brewed espresso or strong coffee
1/2 cup of milk (or dairy-free milk like oat or almond)
1 tbsp of honey (preferably raw)
1/2 tsp of dried lavender buds (or lavender syrup)
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
A few lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)
Brew your espresso or strong coffee and set it aside.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. If using dried lavender buds, add them to the milk as it heats and steep for about 3-4 minutes, then strain the lavender out. If using lavender syrup, skip this step.
Add the honey and vanilla extract to the milk, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved.
Froth the milk until it’s light and creamy.
Pour the brewed coffee into your mug and slowly add the lavender-infused milk.
Top with whipped cream for extra richness and garnish with a sprig of lavender or a light sprinkle of dried lavender buds for a pretty finish.
