A Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte is a delicious and dairy-free coffee drink made with espresso, sweetened with rich brown sugar syrup, and mixed with creamy oat milk. The brown sugar adds a deep caramel-like flavor, while the oat milk provides a naturally sweet and smooth texture, making it a perfect alternative for those who prefer a plant-based latte. This latte can be enjoyed hot or iced, and it's often complemented with a hint of cinnamon or vanilla for extra warmth and depth. It's a cozy, flavorful option for coffee lovers seeking something sweet and creamy.
To make a Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte, start by brewing an espresso or strong coffee. In a small pan, heat the brown sugar with a bit of water to create a simple syrup, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Warm a cup of oat milk in a separate pot or frother, or leave it cold for an iced version. Pour the espresso into the cup, mix in the brown sugar syrup, and top it off with the oat milk. Stir well and, if desired, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor. For an iced latte, simply serve it over ice. Enjoy the cozy, sweet taste!

Wabilogic
1 to 2 shots of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
1 tablespoon of brown sugar (adjust to taste)
1 cup of oat milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Ice (for an iced version)
Prepare the espresso: Brew 1 to 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine, or use strong brewed coffee as an alternative.
Make the brown sugar syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved, forming a syrup. (You can also add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.)
Heat the oat milk in a separate pot or using a frother, and heat the oat milk until warm. If you prefer an iced version, skip the heating.
Combine the ingredients by adding the brown sugar syrup to your espresso. Pour the oat milk over the espresso mixture and stir. For the iced version, pour the espresso and syrup mixture over a glass of ice before adding the oat milk.
Optional vanilla: For extra flavor, stir in a splash of vanilla extract.
Serve and enjoy: For a special touch, sprinkle a little cinnamon or brown sugar on top before serving!
