Directions

1. Wash the pears and the ginger.

2. Prepare a double espresso. Add the honey and the spices, stir it all together and place it in the refrigerator to chill.

3. Cut the pears into small pieces and add them, together with the ginger, to the beverage container.

4. Add the juice of ¼ lemon and the chilled espresso-spice mixture to the mixing container as well.

5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit of liquid such as water, juice or milk.
