Step-by-Step Brewing Process

Add Coffee Grounds: Use a 1:15 to 1:17 coffee-to-water ratio (e.g., 20g of coffee for 300-340g of water). Place the freshly ground coffee into the filter.

Bloom the Coffee: Pour just enough water to saturate the grounds (about twice the weight of the coffee). Let it sit for 30 seconds. This allows CO₂ to escape and ensures even extraction.
