Melitta® Senz V™ Instant Win - Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion (“The Pourfect Start Instant Win”) is governed by the following Terms & Conditions. From November 17 to December 19, 2025 (both dates inclusive), each completed single-order purchase of one (1) Melitta® Senz V™ Pour-Over™ Connected Coffee System made through the official website https://www.wabilogic.com qualifies for one (1) entry in the “Pick A Box” Lucky Draw.

2. Promotion Period: November 17, 2025 (12:00 AM PST) – December 19, 2025 (11:59 PM PST).

3. Draw Period: Same as above.

4. Eligibility & Participation: To participate, customers must meet all of the following requirements:
    (a) Purchase one (1) Melitta® Senz V™ Pour-Over™ Connected Coffee System through the official Wabilogic Online Store during the Promotion Period and complete payment in full.
    (b) Ensure the order email address provided at checkout is valid and able to receive Wabilogic email communications.

  Participants who receive this prize will be awarded one (1) digital Target Gift Card with a face value of twenty U.S. dollars (USD $20).

• • The gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the eligible order.

  Participants who receive this prize will be awarded a promotional code valid for fifty percent (50%) off the listed retail price of one (1) Melitta® Precision Pour™ X Gooseneck Kettle purchased on Wabilogic.com.

• • The promotional code is valid for a single unit only and must be redeemed within the validity window stated in the prize email.

• • Promotional code is valid for one-time use only and limited to one (1) unit.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the participant.

• 15% Off Wabilogic Site-wide Coupon
  Participants who receive this prize will be awarded a promotional code valid for fifteen percent (15%) off eligible products across Wabilogic.com.

• • Valid for one (1) transaction only and applies to merchandise subtotal before taxes, shipping, or additional fees.

  • Exclusions apply to accessories and taxes.

  • The discount cannot be used in combination with other coupons, discounts, or promotional codes

6. Winner Notification, Declaration & Prize Delivery:
   Each winner of the USD $20 Target Gift Card will be notified via email within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing.

• • Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon the sending of the email.

  • Once a prize has been delivered via email, Wabilogic is not responsible for any loss, deletion, misplacement, or failure to receive the email. Participants must ensure that their email settings permit receipt of communications from Wabilogic and should regularly check spam/junk folders.

Declaration Requirement: As a condition of receiving the Target Gift Card, each potential winner must complete and return a digital Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Prize Acceptance Agreement (“Declaration”) by January 29, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PST.

• • If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, fails to respond by the deadline, or if any notification is returned undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited.

  • The Declaration will be provided via a secure email link.

  • If the Declaration is not returned in time, is returned undeliverable, is rejected, or if the winner does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize will be forfeited.

7. This promotion is open to orders registered with a U.S. phone number and U.S. shipping address only.

8. All products purchased during The Pourfect Start promotion period or purchased using any discount or coupon awarded through the promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable.

9. Each order can enter an Instant Win Game once only.

10. Maximum two (2) devices per individual during the promotion period.

11. Wabilogic reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant found to be ineligible or engaging in fraudulent activity. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of eligibility and prizes.

12. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

13. The use of each prize is subject to the specific Terms & Conditions set by the respective prize provider. Participants agree to comply with all such terms when redeeming their prizes.

14. Wabilogic shall not be liable for any failure to participate due to network issues, system errors, or other technical problems.

15. Participants agree that personal data provided will be used solely for administration of this promotion, prize fulfillment, and related marketing activities, in accordance with Wabilogic’s Privacy Policy.

16. In the event of any dispute, Wabilogic Inc. reserves the right of final decision.
