Strawberry Cloud Latte is a refreshing layered coffee drink that combines fruity sweetness with creamy texture. It features fresh strawberry purée at the base, chilled milk over ice, a light cloud of cold milk foam on top, and a shot of espresso poured gently to create a beautiful layered effect. The result is a drink that balances bright berry notes with smooth coffee depth.
The “cloud” refers to the soft, airy cold foam that floats on top, giving the drink a delicate, dreamy look and texture. It’s slightly sweet, lightly tangy, and visually eye-catching — perfect for spring or summer menus and social media moments.
Start by blending fresh strawberries directly in your serving glass until smooth to create a natural purée base. Brew one shot of espresso and set it aside to cool slightly. Fill the glass with ice cubes over the strawberry purée.
Next, prepare cold milk foam using your milk frother (such as selecting cold foam mode on Montalatte). Slowly pour chilled milk into the glass over the ice, then gently spoon the cold milk foam on top. Finish by slowly pouring the espresso over the milk and foam to create a layered “cloud” effect. Serve immediately and enjoy the beautiful gradient before stirring. ☕✨
