Keto Vanilla Latte

The keto diet is a low carb, high fat diet that offers many health benefits. In fact, many studies have shown that this type of diet can help you lose weight and improve your health.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of almond milk (unsweetened)
4 shots of espresso
6 tsp of heavy cream
4 tsp of vanilla essence
4 tsp of sweetener to taste

Directions

Place a saucepan over a low heat
Add 1 cup of almond milk, the espresso, 4 tsp of heavy cream, 2 tsp of vanilla essence and sweetener.
Stir the ingredients and blend with a stick blender.
In a separate saucepan, add the remaining Almond Milk.
Take the hot ingredients from the first saucepan and divide between glasses.
Top with the creamy froth.
Serve andEnjoy!
