Melitta® Senz V™ “Pourfect” Start Sweepstakes - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Melitta® Senz V™ “Pourfect” Start Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid U.S. street address to which prizes can be shipped via standard ground carrier. Maximum of two (2) Melitta® Senz V™ devices per individual may be purchased and registered during the Promotion Period for entry eligibility. Purchases exceeding this limit will not generate additional entries. Employees, officers and directors of Wabilogic Inc. (“Sponsor”), and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor: Wabilogic Inc., 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169, USA. Administrator: The Sponsor will administer all aspects of the Sweepstakes.

3. Timing: The Promotion begins on November 17, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). The grand prize drawing day is on or about  January 5-6, 2026. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” begins at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT,  Administrator’s servers are the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, to enter via the purchase method, purchase a Melitta® Senz V™ Smart Connected Pour-Over System (“Senz V™”) from www.wabilogic.com. Then, use your smartphone or other web-enabled device to download and open the Wabilogic App (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play), register an account using the same email address as your purchase order, connect your Senz V™ device in the App, brew your first cup of coffee, and publish at least one (1) Brewing Record/Recipe in the App. Once your Brew Record/Recipe is published, you will be automatically entered into the Melitta® Senz V™ “Pourfect” Start Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) for a chance to win a Grand Prize. Once you have successfully completed the steps above, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period, subject to the limit below and subject to verification of your registration and recipe.  

All recipes published to enter the Pourfect Start Sweepstakes must remain publicly visible. Deleting or hiding a recipe forfeits your sweepstakes entry.

Alternate Method of Entry (3x5 mail-in card or paper): To enter without making a purchase or using the Wabilogic App, legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3x5 inch paper or card. Mail your completed entry to Wabilogic Inc, Attn: Melitta Senz V™ “Pourfect” Start Sweepstakes Entry, 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169, USA. Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due entries or for any incorrect or illegible data contained in any sweepstakes entry. Mailed-in entries must be postmarked and received by December 31, 2025 11:59 PM PT to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All mailed entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. If you take the steps above, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the limit below. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete, or illegible contact information.

Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes entry per order email during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Each purchase order qualifies for only one (1) entry, regardless of the number of Senz V™ units purchased in that order. More than two (2) entries from the same person will be disqualified. The Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Wabilogic App and entry process. Potential winners will be provided with prize claim directions. Only potential winners who timely complete prize claim requirements and/or are verified as eligible will be awarded a prize. Void where prohibited.

5. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: On or about January 5-6, 2026, the Administrator will select the potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winners include (1) potential first prize winner, one (1) potential second prize winner, and one (1) potential third prize winner, from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period, in accordance with these Official Rules. 

6. ODDS: Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMING: Each potential winner will be notified via email and/or by phone, (or other contact information) using the information provided during the Wabilogic APP registration in a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for incorrect, changed, or illegible contact information or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering, or insufficient space in entrant’s email or other account to receive messages. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for late, lost, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon the sending of an email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if a potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, potential winner will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. As part of the winner notification process, the potential grand prize winners will each be required to complete and submit a digital declaration of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance agreement (“Declaration”), by January 11, 2026 11:59PM PST, as a condition of receiving their grand prize. If any potential winner fails or refuses to sign and return the Declaration (for grand prize winners) within the required time period or if the Declaration is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to potential winner, and/or any potential winner is otherwise noncompliant, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected, up to three (3) alternates, if time permits, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. If a grand prize winner cannot be confirmed by January 11, 2026 11:59PM PST, such Grand Prize will not be awarded. A potential winner becomes the “winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor.  

Parents or legal guardians of any grand prize winner under the age of majority in their state/jurisdiction of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska) may be required to also sign the Declaration in order for the grand prize winner to be qualified to receive his or her prize.  

No more than the stated prize will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winner of the advertised prize available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.

8.  Prizes:  Sweepstakes Prizes: A total of three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period, as described below. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize varies depending on the specific selection and redemption by the winner. Limit: One (1) Grand Prize per person or household.

Grand Prize #1 (One [1] Winner): 90% Off Wabilogic Shopping Spree

  • The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted privately by email from the Wabilogic marketing team within seven (7) business days of winner verification. The winner will receive a secure order form (via email) to select eligible Wabilogic products for purchase at 90% off the listed retail price in a single transaction. Wabilogic will create and process the order offline using the winner’s selections.  

  • The promotional code allows the winner to purchase up to one (1) unit per product model within the same order.

  • Excludes any accessories.

  • The total maximum retail discount value is up to USD $1,500, depending on the winner’s selected products.

  • The prize must be redeemed no later than January 31, 2026 11:59PM PST.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-replaceable, and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

  • Any unredeemed value will be forfeited. No cash equivalent or substitution will be provided.

  • All products purchased using any discount or coupon awarded through the promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Grand Prize #2 (One [1] Winner): US$250 Apple Gift Card

  • The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) US$250 Apple Gift Card, which may be used to purchase eligible Apple products and services.

  • Use of the Apple Gift Card is subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth by Apple Inc. Expired or lost gift cards will not be replaced. 

  • Wabilogic is not affiliated with Apple Inc., and Apple is not a sponsor or participant in this promotion.

Grand Prize #3 (One [1] Winner): Pick-Your-Machine-for-$1

  • The Grand Prize Winner may select one (1) eligible Melitta electric product listed on Wabilogic.com and purchase it for US$1 (tax excluded).

  • The prize is limited to one (1) machine per winner.

  • The retail value of the selected machine may vary by model and is capped at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) at the time of redemption.

  • The accessories are excluded from this offer.

  • The prize must be redeemed no later than January 31, 2026 11:59PM PST.

  • No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents permitted. 

  • All products purchased using any discount or coupon awarded through the promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Prize Redemption Conditions 

  • All Grand Prize notifications and redemption instructions will be sent via email to the registered order email address associated with the qualifying purchase or alternate method of entry (AMOE) within fifteen (15) business days after the drawing is completed.

  • Winners must respond and complete any required verification steps within the timeframe specified in the notification email.

  • Failure to comply with the redemption process, respond within the allotted time, or meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  • This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have provided a valid U.S. phone number and U.S. shipping address at the time of entry.

  • Once a participant has successfully entered the Sweepstakes, all qualifying product purchases under that order become non-refundable and non-returnable.

9. Release: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of any prize (including any injury or harm related thereto). 

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. The Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. 

11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including prize fulfillment, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes at random from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, submitting fraudulent entries, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law; Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated herein. If more prize claims are received than the number of prizes offered, Sponsor may award the intended prizes through a random drawing from all eligible claims. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any other promotion-related materials, these Official Rules as posted on the Promotion Site shall prevail, govern, and control.

12. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1)any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment, programming, or human error associated with the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in internet service, the Wabilogic App, or network hardware/software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (4) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. If an entrant’s entry is erroneously deleted, lost, or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry (if the Promotion Period is still open).

13. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Clark County, Nevada. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Entrants waive the right to a jury trial. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive termination of the Sweepstakes.

14. Severability If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, (a) the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and (b) the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
